For discussion and possible action on whether Lander County Code of Ordinances, including Title 8 (Section 8.46) and Title 17 (where appropriate) should be amended to allow additional types of marijuana or cannabis establishments to operate in Lander County, including retail dispensaries, processing facilities, distribution facilities, and testing facilities as authorized under NRS Chapters 678A through 678D, the locations where such establishments, if any, might be allowed, and to give staff direction to begin the work on any ordinances to accomplish any proposed amendments to the code.

For discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Operating Engineers, Local three (3) of the International Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO and the County of Lander updating the salary schedule, steps and position list for the General employee bargaining unit effective July 1, 2024.
